Where is this located? 

YK SWAP BOX is located at 4912 49th street in the entrance of the building. This is a central and secured location accross the street from shoppers drug mart in Yellowknife NWT. The building accessibility hours are Monday-Saturday 7AM - 7PM

How do I know my items are safe? Is there insurance?

YK SWAPBOX is a tamper resistant locker system. The lockers feature video surveillance and time stamps of when the package is dropped off and picked up to ensure a transaction was successfull. As an added measure everytime you drop off a package the locker will be randomized to reduce any potential thieves from tracking what locker you use. YK SWAPBOX also offers $500.00 content insurance per account in the event of lost or stolen goods.
